ALL-STAR CUP FUN: NEW EGYPT SPEEDWAY READY FOR 2025 ALL-STAR CUP YEAR END SPECIAL
NEW EGYPT, NJ – All-Star Cup Fun.
The 2025 ‘All-Star Cup’ at New Egypt Speedway is just around the corner, coming up on Fri.-Sat., Sept. 26-27.
The D-shaped oval hosts a weekend jam-packed with racing action, culminating in a 50-lap, $6,000-plus to win main event for the Modifieds on Saturday night.
The weekend kicks off on Friday night, headlined by 15-lap Modified Qualifying Races and Match Races presented by Oliver Communications Group.
The 15-lap Qualifying Races will each pay $500-to-win, $300 for second, and $200 for third.
The Modified Match Races will feature the top 11 cars in time trials, which will also be used to set the lineups for the Modified Qualifiers.
The Match Races pay $50-to-win for each individual race, with the champion walking away with $500 courtesy of Oliver Communications Group.
The Swagger Factory Apparel Crate Sportsman will take part in a 20-lap non-winner’s race. All drivers without a win in 2025 are eligible for the event.
Practice sessions will also take place, with the quick timer in each of the two-timed sessions locking into the redraw for their Saturday event.
Also on the Friday night card is the Xtreme Diesel Performance LLC., Street Stocks, Four Cylinders, and Vintage Cars.
Following racing on Friday night, a post-race party is planned with a DJ and a Mechanical Bull on site presented by Izzi Rigging & Trucking.
The Modifieds then run B-Mains and their 50-lap feature on Saturday night.
The Modifieds will undergo the following rule changes for the weekend program:
Fuel:
Any non-oxygenated fuel is allowed for the All-Star Cup weekend. Fuel NOT purchased at New Egypt Speedway may be subject to further technical inspection.
Tires:
American Racer Tires ONLY at New Egypt Speedway with the following compounds.
Left Front: 33
Right Front: 38 or 44
Left Rear: 44
Right Rear: 48 or 53
Engines
CT525 Engines: 2250 lbs. (subject to increase)
PA/NJ Spec 358 Engines: 2350 lbs.
PA/NJ Spec 358 Engines (Alcohol): 2400 lbs.
Big Block (max. 467 c.i.): 2500 lbs.
Open Small Block (max. 363 c.i.): 2500 lbs.
Wegner Automotive 427 ‘Weekend Warrior’: 2500 lbs.
Suspension
Right side panhard bar cars will be given a 25 lbs. weight break.
The Swagger Factory Apparel Crate Sportsman run a full program on Saturday night, culminating in a 30-lap, $1,500-to-win main event.
The Four Cylinders complete the Saturday program with a 25-lap, $500-to-win feature.
The ‘All-Star Cup’ is preceded by the ‘Win & You’re In’ All-Star Cup Qualifier on Saturday, Sept. 13.
The Modifieds go for 31 laps and a $3,131 top prize, plus the winner is locked into the 50-lap headline event on September 27.
The Swagger Factory Apparel Crate Sportsman, Street Stocks, and Four Cylinders are also on the September 13 card, with an opportunity to lock into their respective main event on ‘All-Star Cup’ weekend.
The Mid-Atlantic Sprint Series round out the September 13 program with the ‘Fred Bitner Memorial.’
