New Egypt, NJ, (January 24, 2023) - One week after taking over the reigns at New Egypt Speedway, Rick Grosso Jr. announced Tuesday that an active search has begun to fill several key positions. Following the completion of the 2022 season, a few high profile jobs at New Egypt came open including Race Director & Office Manager. Applications for these positions, along with other opportunities to work at NES, are currently being accepted.

"One of the most important aspects to running a business like this is to have the right team in place," stated Grosso, "My first priority is to get the word out quickly to as many people as possible, which will give all qualified candidates a chance to apply."

Resumes are currently being accepted for the following positions:

Office Manager: Responsibilities include running "day to day" operations of the speedway office, as well as all race night office operations, including answering phones, customer service, organizing/filing all paperwork, cash management and more. The ideal candidate should have superior communication skills, customer service experience, administrative & office knowledge, and excellent organizational skills.

Race Director: Candidate will be responsible for the planning, scheduling, organizing and managing their team to run a smooth, safe, efficient show each race night. They should possess leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to enforce all rules of competition.

Tech Inspector: Looking to add one additional tech inspector with experience and working knowledge of dirt Modifieds and other dirt racing divisions.

Kitchen cooks, servers & workers: Experience valued but not required.
