HIGH GEAR TOWING CRATES SERIES HIGHLIGHTS BIG NIGHT OF ACTION AT NES
Hoping the third attempt will be the charm, the long anticipated High Gear Towing Select Series is set to begin on Saturday, June 4th. This date was added to the schedule since the previous two scheduled events were rained out. The series, which will see the winner walk away with $2,000 plus, will undoubtedly draw a super field of Crate Modifieds as two time track champion Eric Palmer, 2018 champ Kyle Kania, 2019 champ Joe Toth, Steve Hicks, Dan Fleming, Johnny Bangs, and current point leader Ryan Simmons are just a few of those already entered.
The list of sponsors continues to grow as the top fifteen in points will be rewarded for their participation. You must compete in seven of the nine scheduled events to receive the award. In addition to the total points fund, which is rapidly reaching the $7, 500 mark, each event on the High Gear Towing Select Series will have weekly awards such as a hard charger award, halfway leader award, hard luck award, et.

Joining the Hamilton Auto Clinic /Racersguide Crates on Saturday will be the Vahlco Wheels Modifieds, Larry's Hot Rods & Harleys NEWS Sprints. Freedom Firearms Street Stocks, and the Rookies.
The night will also be Cruise Night where you are welcome to bring your Hot Rod to the speedway. Besides displaying your prized possession, you will be admitted to the speedway at half price.
The gates to the pit area will swing open at 4PM while the gates to the grandstand area will rise at 5PM. The practice and warmup session begins at 6PM with the first green flag scheduled at 7PM. The New Egypt Speedway is a family fun speedway with an arcade area for those taking a break from the racing action and a variety of food which will leave no one hungry.
Planning ahead, on Tuesday, June 21st, Garden State Gunfight 5 Presented by Creston Hydraulics will see some of the best in dirt modified racing visit the Route 539 speedway. In addition to the sixty lap modified feature, the Crates and Eastern 600 Sprints will be on the card. The show will carry with it a rain date of Wednesday, June 22nd.
