
CHRISTMAS IN JULY: BIG NIGHT OF RACING ON TAP AT NEW EGYPT SPEEDWAY PLUS GIFTS AND PRIZES FOR FANS IN ATTENDANCE
NEW EGYPT, NJ – Christmas in July!
A full night of racing and full night of fun are on tap at New Egypt Speedway this Saturday, July 5 presented by Norcia Corporation.
Gift donations have been pouring in from race teams at New Egypt Speedway, with raffles taking place throughout the night for the fans in attendance to walk away with prizes.
In addition, the 50/50 challenge returns this week after much success last Saturday, with Ryan Godown and Billy Pauch Jr. taking on the task.
Last, but not least, New Egypt Speedway will have fireworks to shoot off throughout the night of racing.
The Modifieds return after a week off, with Pipersville, Pa.’s Danny Bouc, heading the Modified class by 26 markers after his win back on June 21.
Godown sits in the runner-up spot with Pauch Jr. just four points behind him. Tanner Van Doren and Jack Butler complete the top five in the standings.
The Mid-Atlantic Sprint Series (MASS) returns to action this Saturday as well. Buddy Schweibinz claimed the victory back on May 10, the last time the MASS 305 Sprint Cars were at the D-shaped oval.
Cream Ridge, N.J.’s Steve Davis picked up the win last Saturday in Swagger Factory Apparel Crate Sportsman competition and moved to the top of the standings.
Davis used a late race charge to run down Lexi Wilson to pick up the win and move into the top spot in the standings.
Pat Wall and Mike Butler sit tied for second, 12 points behind Davis. Ethan Bill and Ryan Simmons round out the top five.
The Xtreme Diesel Performance, LLC. (XDP) Street Stocks round out the program after last week’s ‘Bill Liedtka Memorial’ event won by Chris Lane.
The event was worth 25 show up points to all competitors, allowing Kory Fleming to maintain the top spot in the standings over Pat Force and Brian Ludwig.

For the July 5 event, pit gates open at 3 p.m. with the grandstands unlocking at 4 p.m. Hot laps begin at 5:30 p.m. with racing to follow at 6:30 p.m.
Grandstand admission is $23 for Adults, $20 for Seniors, and $15 for Military w/ID and Teens 12-15. Kids 11 and under are admitted FREE.
Pit admission is $40 (w/o a license) and $30 (w/ a license).
